Graceful, tactile, and exquisitely detailed, the Rose Peony & Cream ensemble brings poetic contrast to slow artisanal luxury. Resting on a rich, warm cream canvas with a delicate natural lustre, trailing vines rendered in vivid magenta thread contour the neckline, unfurling into soft, dimensional hand-appliquéd blossoms in powdery rose pink.
Presented as an unstitched two-piece textile cut—comprising generous fabric for a custom-tailored tunic and a featherlight coordinating draped scarf with matching floral scatter—this piece effortlessly bridges regal heritage needlecraft with fresh, modern styling. Ideal for celebratory luncheons, garden soirees, and intimate evening receptions.
Craftsmanship & Technique

- Color Palette: Warm Cream / Ivory foundation enriched by vivid Magenta foliage and delicate Rose Pink petals.

The Bespoke Atelier Fit
Offered as an unstitched fabric set to provide endless bespoke possibilities. Easily tailored into an elongated straight tunic, a softly flared A-line silhouette, or a modern structured cut up to US 18 / UK 22 / 3XL.
Artisan Signature & Care
Each floral spray reflects the mindful artistry of women master needleworkers. Subtle variations in stitch density and petal placement are the cherished hallmarks of authentic, hand-hewn textiles.
Care Ritual: Professional dry clean recommended to preserve the fabric's soft lustre and dimensional petals. Alternatively, gentle hand wash in cold water using a mild botanical detergent. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight; warm iron on the reverse side over a pressing cloth.
The making
The making
Embroidered by hand in Lucknow. A single piece passes through several pairs of hands — one to block the pattern, one for the shadow work, one for the knots, one to open the jali, and one to wash the printed guidelines away.
Because each piece is made individually, small variations in the stitch are expected. They are the record of the hand that made it, not a defect.
Care
Care
Hand wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or bleach. Dry in shade, never in direct sun — it fades natural dye and yellows white thread. Press on the reverse with a warm iron so the embroidery keeps its relief.
