Refund policy

Our promise
Every Filora piece is made by hand and sold at one honest price - we do not run
sales, so you will never find what you bought cheaper next week. We want you to
love it. If you don't, here is what we will do.

Returns

You can return an unused piece within 7 days of delivery* for a
refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags
attached, in its original packaging.

What we cannot accept back
  • Pieces made to order or altered to your measurements
  • Corporate and bulk gifting orders, and personalised or branded items
  • Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered
Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs (an unboxing video helps). We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Handmade, by nature

Small variations in stitch, tone and finish are the record of the hand that made
a piece, and are not defects. Colours may also differ slightly from your screen.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we refund to your original payment method
within 7-10 working days*. Original shipping charges are non-refundable/refundable except where the item was damaged or incorrect.
