Products
Our products are handcrafted. We describe and photograph each piece as
accurately as we can, but no two handmade pieces are identical and colours vary
between screens. Small variations are a characteristic of handwork, not a
defect.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated
otherwise. We sell at one fixed price and do not offer discounts. If a price is
shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and
you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the piece or send
written confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a piece
is no longer available — and will refund you in full if we do.
Corporate and bulk orders
Gifting and bulk orders are governed by the written quotation we agree with you,
which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, designs and the Filora name and
marks — belongs to Eightara Creations Private Limited or its licensors and may
not be reused without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the
amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida have exclusive jurisdiction.
